
Joseph Andres, Esq.
Joseph Andres focuses his practice on real estate and corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning. His prior experience in investment real estate provides significant hands-on practical experience of exactly what his clients face.
Joseph earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated magna cum laude, and served as a Murphy Fellow of the Church, State, and Society program. While at Notre Dame, Joseph also served as an editor on the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics, and Public Policy, and spent time assisting clients in forming and administering nonprofits at the Notre Dame Religious Liberty Clinic.
Joseph obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Thomas Aquinas College in Santa Paula, California, which specifically focused on a "Great Books" program conducted in the Socratic Method. Shortly thereafter, he completed a Master of Arts in theology at Ave Maria University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Joseph lives in Santa Paula with his beautiful wife Mia and their son Anthony. He enjoys improvising on the piano and discussing philosophy with friends. He also stays active with Jiu-Jitsu, hiking, and teaching swing dance.
