The Alvarez Firm’s mission is to provide the best possible outcome for each client and matter given all of the client’s existing circumstances. The Alvarez Firm delivers the same high caliber legal counsel and results found with a large firm or from in-house counsel, but with the personal attentiveness and fee structure of a small, entrepreneurial firm.
In order to do so, we first speak with clients in detail about their personal, professional, financial and familial situation. The more information we have, the better we can determine the most desirable outcome at the most affordable cost.
In today's environment, too many attorneys interpret the best outcome as the outcome that the textbook says one should have, but there are few textbook families and few textbook businesses. Consequently, when you apply the textbook solution, you get the wrong match.
